Danske Bank isn’t messing around with Tech Stars competition
Along with Women in Business, the bank has unveiled the competition that will see four local tech entrepreneurs win 12 months’ free desk space in the new Catalyst Belfast Fintech Hub co-working space.
Roseann Kelly, chief executive at Women in Business, says: “It’s a truly unique prize, where the competition winners will be able to develop and grow their business ideas, while working alongside industry peers in the new co-working space.”
The hub is Belfast’s “first dedicated fintech co-working space”, located on the ground floor of Danske’s city centre headquarters. It opened its doors in September.
The competition is open to Women in Business members working on a product or service in the fintech sector or a related tech sector. The winners will share workspace with local start-ups such as Finmondo, LoyalBe, Zymplify and Oroson.
You can apply here until 17 December 2018. Applications will be shortlisted by a judging panel from the bank and Women in Business.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to pitch their business ideas in a Dragons Den on 11 January 2019.
