(OTC Markets: TMNA) (“Tingo”) announced they had executed a definitive agreement to merge and consolidate their operations (the “Merger”) to create a highly profitable Nasdaq-listed Fintech and Agri-Fintech company serving the African and Asian markets with a global expansion strategy.
