BlackRock Announces Release of Fourth Quarter Commentary for BlackRock Innovation and Growth Trust (BIGZ)
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BlackRock today announced the release of quarterly fund commentary for BlackRock Innovation and Growth Trust (NYSE: BIGZ; the “Trust”). BIGZ is a closed-end fund that seeks to take a differentiated approach to investing in innovative companies. The Trust focuses on small-cap, mid-cap, and private companies where the investment adviser believes exceptional, multi-year runways for earnings growth can be unlocked through the power of innovation. Private Investment Update
- Since inception in March 2021, the Trust has initiated positions in twenty-five private investments, comprising 20% of total assets or a total commitment of approximately $744million.1
