Lloyds gears up for 2025 Launch Innovation programme
The programme is set to run from 6 May to 28 July, and will offer participants “the opportunity to benefit from the Group’s expert guidance, to further develop their businesses”, according to a statement.
At the end of the programme, select participants will have the opportunity to run a commercial proof of concept experiment with Lloyds, with the potential for “future partnerships”.
Previous alumni include car management app Caura, youth finance platform MyPocketSkill, and white-label financial education solutions provider Doshi, which went on to launch a financial literacy app with the group last month, as revealed by FinTech Futures.
“Our ambition is to innovate at pace, and we believe that collaboration is key to delivering exceptional services and enhancing our capabilities for customers, comments Lloyds’ customer propositions director, Tamara van den Ban.
Applications are open now until 4 April, and will be reviewed by the Launch Innovation programme team and the group’s fintech investment team, who Lloyds states are “ready to invest in seed to Series B businesses”.
