Euronext puts down €398m for Visma’s Admincontrol in Nordic SaaS expansion drive
Stock exchange operator Euronext has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Admincontrol, a Norway-headquartered provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) board management and transaction management solutions, for an enterprise value of €398 million.

Euronext signs deal to acquire Admincontrol for €398m
Founded in 2005, Admincontrol currently operates throughout the Nordics and the UK, supporting the decision-making processes of over 4,000 clients, and has been owned by Visma Group since 2017.
The company, led by CEO Møyfrid Øygard, claims to have achieved “double-digit” annual growth over the last five years, and recorded revenues of €39 million in the year to 31 December 2024.
The cash transaction is expected to close by Q2 2025, pending regulatory approval, with Admincontrol’s tools and team to integrate with Euronext Corporate Solutions, which provides SaaS governance, compliance and investor relations solutions.
Euronext expects the integration to generate “new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities”, according to a statement, describing Admincontrol’s product offering and geographic coverage as “highly complementary to Euronext Corporate Solutions’ business”.
The group previously outlined its intention to scale its SaaS offering in November, as a means of increasing its share of subscription-based revenues, and in line with its Innovate for Growth 2027 strategic plan.
In conjunction with this plan, Euronext, based in Amsterdam, was been working to strengthen its presence in the Nordic region through a series of strategic purchases.
These purchases have notably included Insiderlog in 2018, Oslo Børs VPS in 2019, Nord Pool, VP Securities, Ticker Software and Sidonnaisuusrekisteri.fi in 2020, and most recently, Nasdaq’s Nordic power futures business in January.
