Vertice raises $50m Series C
Perpetual Growth and CF Private Equity supported the raise alongside existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners and 83North.
Vertice has now raised more than $100 million since its inception in 2021. The company previously secured $26 million in Series A funding and, more recently, landed $25 million in Series B funding last year.
Led by co-founders Eldar and Roy Tuvey, Vertice operates a platform that aims to help businesses manage procurement and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) purchasing. Key features of the platform include real-time pricing and benchmarks, collaboration tools and analytics, solution insights, and alerts for maverick spend.
Announcing the new funding in a post on the company’s website, Eldar and Roy Tuvey claim that in the last year, “hundreds of procurement and finance leaders – including those at several Fortune 500 companies – have entrusted more than $3.4bn of their software, cloud, and direct spend to our platform”.
With its new funding, the company plans to open new regional offices beyond its UK headquarters, triple the size of its engineering team, and add new features to its platform.
“We are expanding our integrations and automations, adding capabilities such as document extraction, the biggest library of ready-to-use templates, and detailed workflow analytics,” the co-founders add.
