Community Financial Credit Union picks Orpheus from Access Softek
Michigan-based Community Financial Credit Union has selected the Orpheus banking platform from Access Softek.
The credit union was looking for a new online banking portal for its 77,000 members. Already a seven-year client of Access Softek, it opted to extend its agreement following 18% growth in mobile channel usage last year.
“We signed on for Orpheus to create a more consistent experience for our members,” says Bill Lawton, chief executive officer at Community Financial CU.
“With more and more members opting to interact with us digitally, it is vital that our members are happy with their experience.
“We are very pleased with the product and support we have received from Access Softek over the years, and we look forward to what we will be able to achieve with them.”
Founded in 1951, Community Financial CU operates 13 branch locations across the Wolverine State. It claims to control more than $1 billion in assets.
The credit union is an extensive user of Access Softek systems. It deploys the vendor’s solutions across mobile banking, online banking, account opening and authentication.
