Allianz Bank goes with Software Group for Bulgarian revamp
The project duration will be two and a half years, implemented in phases. The first results are expected at the end of 2019.

The project includes the implementation of a digital banking platform, loan management solution, agency banking solution, a personal finance management portal, customer identity and access management solution, among others.
The client services of Allianz Bank Bulgaria will be supported by a chatbot that will provide self-service, thus “saving customers time and ensuring convenience”.
The bank is a long-standing user of Oracle FSS’s Flexcube core banking system.
