Indonesian B2B fintech start-up readies for launch
An Indonesian serial entrepreneur is preparing to launch a fintech start-up – with the B2B market firmly in its sights.
Natali Ardianto, director of StartupLokal Venture Capital (SLVC), is a bit vague on details but says it has got the “proper” financial licence – and is “trying to disrupt the fintech industry by implementing a unique business model targeting B2B”.
If you’re wondering what the new start-up will be called, then join the club.
Ardianto adds: “Thank you for putting interest in this start-up fintech X (can’t share name now, sorry).”
The new unnamed firm is in the early stages as it is looking for job applicants. Roles on offer include front end engineer, UI/UX designer, iOS engineer, Android engineer and DevOps manager.
Despite the lack of a company name, Ardianto has got plenty of experience in setting up other firms.
He was co-founder and CTO for Tiket. As the name suggests, this was a booking firm for hotels, flights etc. In 2017, Tiket was acquired by Djarum through e-commerce company Blibli.
In addition, Ardianto was co-founder of web services provider Golfnesia and city directory Urbanesia.
