Company on the Move: Contact Solutions, Frost & Sullivan Award
Contact Solutions, a Reston, Va.-based provider of cloud-based customer self-service solutions, has been awarded the Customer Value Leadership Award for Best Practices Research on hosted interactive voice response (IVR) solutions by business consulting firm Frost & Sullivan. The award recognizes the company’s focus on improving the return on investment for its customers. Contact Solutions currently is ranked fifth in market share for the hosted IVR market, growing from a 6.9 percent share in 2011 to a 7.3 percent share in 2012, according to Frost & Sullivan. In addition to sustained growth, Frost & Sullivan cited innovation in IVR applications, focus on customer experience and a disaster-resistant platform as major factors contributing to the award.
